12/15/20 | According to Larry Brooks, the Rangers have re-opened their practice facility and numerous players, split into two groups, took the ice and worked out on Monday. (NY Post)
Those include:
- Forwards Artemi Panarin, Alexis Lafreniere, Chris Kreider, Brendan Lemieux, Brett Howden, Julien Gauthier, Morgan Barron, Kevin Rooney and Justin Richards.
- Defemsemen: Adam Fox, Tony DeAngelo, Brendan Smith, K’Andre Miller, Brandon Crawley
- Goalie: Keith Kinkaid
Brooks notes that Miller and Barron spent the off-season working out with Chris Kreider at Rangers Strength and Conditioning Consultant Ben Prentiss’ gym in Connecticut. (NY Post)
Lafreniere, who has been in New York for the last few weeks, has been staying with Miller and a billet family. (NYR)
Brooks adds that Igor Shesterkin is expected to arrive in New York today, Alex Georgiev is expected soon and Libor Hajek will be here this weekend. (NY Post)
Training camp is expected to start in early January with the the season, potentially, starting by the middle of the month.
