6:35PM: Darren Dreger said on TSN that both Alex Ovechkin and Tom Wilson reached out to Artemi Panrin following Wilson’s altercation with Panarin on Monday.
Dreger said “Tom Wilson and Alex Ovehkin both reached out to Artemi Panarin just to make sure he was okay after Monday’s collection of incidents. This isn’t unusual and despite what some think of Tom Wilson, he did want to make sure that Panarin was okay because that did not go the way that Wilson was hoping. Both guys checked in on Artemi Panarin to make sure that he’s and it sounds like he will be fine, but evidence that villain of the week, does in fact have a heart.”
