Artemi Panarin finishes 5th in Lady Byng Voting

Artemi Panarin finished fifth in the voting for the Lady Byng Trophy which is awarded “to the player adjudged to have exhibited the best type of sportsmanship and gentlemanly conduct combined with a high standard of playing ability,

Panarin finished with 159 points and 2 first-place votes, 13 second-place votes, 5 third-place votes, 6 fourth-place votes, and 5 fifth-place votes.

Jacob Slavin of the Carolina Hurricanes won the award with 827 points and a margin of 604 points over second-place Jared Spurgeon.

Adam Fox finished 30th in the voting with three votes for fourth place and three votes for fifth-place.

Mika Zibanejad picked up one point with a fifth-place vote.
