Tampa Bay has traded former Rangers captain Ryan McDonagh to Nashville.
It was reported a few days ago that the Lightning were working with McDonagh to find a new team so that Tampa could clear salary cap space.
Tampa Bay acquired defenseman Philippe Myers and forward Grant Mismash in exchange.
