The Rangers have signed 2020 second-round pick Will Cuylle to an entry-level contract.

Cuylle was picked 60th overall and chosen with the pick that the Rangers acquired from LA for Lias Andersson.

The 2021 Hockey News Future Watch issue ranks Cuylle #7 on the Rangers top 10 list and writes, “High-quality shot and rugged. Upside? Think younger Tom Wilson.”

This season, Cuylle, 19, has two goals, three assists, and 26 PIM in 13 games for Hartford.

He is 6-3, 212lbs, and playing in Hartford because the OHL has not played this season.
