Chris Drury finished third in the voting for the GM of the Year Award.
Avalanche GM Joe Sakic (109 points) won the award and Tampa’s Julien BriseBois (87 points) finished second.
Drury finished with 53 points (4 First Place Votes, 7 Second Place Votes, 12 Third Place Votes).
Adam Rotter: Drury deserved his nomination for this and he started his campaign for the 2023 Award with the Georgiev trade. Some of the big moves he made were for players that don’t seem to be coming back, so how he responds to that and fills those spots will go a long way toward him getting nominated again next year and replicating this seasons success.
