- The Bruins goalie, Brandon Bussi, was the story in this one as he robbed a number of Ranger chances.
- There isn’t much you can take, from an overall point of view, from a road preseason game with very few regulars, but Filip Chytil looked pretty good and Alexis Lafreniere was shooting the puck. Jimmy Vesey was active and a few of the guys battling for that last spot on the fourth line or to be the 13th forward had some moments.
- I’m interested in seeing how Jonathan Quick progresses over the preseason and the start to the year.
- We should see a lineup with many more regulars on Tuesday at MSG against the Isles.
