It is likely that Jonny Brodzinski will step into the lineup.

Adam Rotter: Obviously it’s better safe than sorry with Chytil. Whether it was in the playoffs or next season, the question with Chytil was always going to be how he responded after playing. He had been skating, was cleared and had no restrictions, so it’s not as if the Rangers were not careful, but they were never going to know how he would feel until he actually played. We’ll see if this rules him out or if it passes quickly and he gets cleared to return.

As for Jonny Brodzinski over Matt Rempe, it’s tough. If Peter Laviolette is going cut down the bench no matter what than Rempe for 5-7 minutes might be more valuable than Jonny Brodzinski for 5-7 minutes, unless the feeling is that anything Rempe does is going to land him in the penalty box.
