The Rangers called up forwards Jonny Brodzinski and Adam Edstrom from Hartford and sent Connor Mackey back to Hartford.

Adam Fox is expected to return to the Rangers lineup tomorrow and come off of LTIR. (Staple)

The Rangers have placed Filip Chytil on LTIR retroactive to 11/3. (Staple)

• On the team making uncharacteristic plays to start the game, “I agree.”
• Update on Kakko, “Lower-body, he’s being evaluated and we’ll probably know more tomorrow.”
• Is the hand pass call that disallowed a goal not reviewable, “they said it was dead, that was the reason. We had a hard time telling what it was, a glove or elbow. Our guys saw a different view that said maybe glove first and then elbow…”
• Can they still call a hand pass on an elbow, “they said on the ice that they could.”
• On if the team can reset after losing to a weaker team, “There is really no such thing as a weaker team. That is on us.
